The Broward County Business and Professional Women’s Network, Inc. was chartered in 2004 under the leadership of businesswoman Ann McPhee Moorman and Charter Members - Burnadine Bush, Gigi Farrington, Mildred Farrington, Sarah Marshall, Jemika Moorman, Lillie Floyd Ross, May Dean Reid, Arnetha Thomas, Daisy Turnstill, Dr. Blanca Moore-Velez, and Jane Zucker. We are one of four clubs in the State of Florida associated with NANBPWC, Inc. with members in North America and in Africa. Today the Broward County Business and Professional Women's Network has an Adult Club. We have a Youth Club and Men’s (Ombudsmen) group. 

 

Our mission is to "Promote and Protect" the interest of business and professional women; Serve as bridges for young people seeking to enter business and the professions; Improve the quality of life in local and global communities; And foster good fellowship.

Community Programs

Our network focuses on healing the problems and social ills that affect humanity by offering various programs to our community. Broward County Business and Professional Women’s Network is supported through membership dues and contributions. Our annual programs include:  LETS Empower Women Forum, The Power Sister Networking Luncheon, Women's History Program, CyberSecurity Awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness, Scholarship Awards.

 

Our network focuses its attention on healing the problems and social ills that affect humanity by offering various programs to our community. Broward County Business and Professional Women’s Network is supported through membership dues and contributions.
